"Untrained staff who did not bother to update my request when I asked to change the deductible. Their excuse when I called to open a claim for a plumbing emergency we had was that the lady took notes and my request did not appear in her handwritten notes! It seems like the lady who took my request didn't update that information in the system; she forgot to do it, then I had an emergency, they didn't at least check or get a voice recording. This was their response when I called: there was no evidence you changed your deductible and your claim can't be supported at this time. In other words, please keep paying your automated bills as usual and wait for us to raise them whenever we want--- now you know you CANNOT count on State Farm when you have an emergency. Brief words? you pay out of obligation but there is no coverage at all. Worst service ever. I'm never giving them my money again. Giving a 1 star because there was no way on this site to give 0 stars. Save your stress and do not bother signing up with them."
